-What is the best way to get to the hotel by public transport?
The best way to get to the hotel by public transport is by metro. The two closest stations are Praça do Comércio and Rossio, each about a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
-How do I get to the hotel if I take the aerobus?
Aerobus line 1 passes through Praça do Comércio, which is a short walk from Rua da Madalena, where the hotel is located. Although the Aerobus does not have a stop directly in front of the hotel, you can get off at one of these stops and walk to the hotel.

Yes, for all floors.
-What time is breakfast?
Breakfast is served between 7:30 am and 11 am.
-Is breakfast a buffet?
No. Breakfast is served as a set menu.
-Does the hotel have room service?
Yes, the hotel offers room service from 12pm to midnight.
-Does the hotel have a gym?
No, the hotel does not have a gym, but our reception can recommend nearby gyms.
-Does the hotel have a laundry service?
No, the hotel does not have a laundry service.
-Is it possible to request an iron to use in the room?
Yes, our reception has irons available upon request.

The hotel has 1 Superior room for people with reduced mobility.

In the Deluxe, Junior Suite and Suite categories it is possible to accommodate one adult or two extra children on a sofa bed.

Yes, the hotel has cribs available that must be requested in advance.

If you forget something at the hotel, you should contact the hotel as soon as you realize it. The hotel has a lost and found policy whereby we keep items for up to 90 days after the date they were found.
